According to the invention, local fibrinolysis inhibition is performed by local introduction in a alveolar socket of a removed tooth of surgical dental patient with coagulopathies of a collagen sponge with chlorhexidine based on hydroxyapatite and collagen, for example "Stimul-Oss," which is saturated with a solution of 5% Acidum tranexamicum, it is determined a need in collagen sponge which is locally introduced at a depth of 3/4 of bone defect filling, after that the wound is sutured. Application of the method of treatment of hemorrhagic complications in the intra- and postoperative periods during operative interventions of surgical dental patients with coagulopathies provides minimization of treatment procedures by site introduction of Acidum tranexamicum in the place of operative intervention, local and systemic hemostatic effect at bleeding, prevention of occurrence of alveolitis of alveolar socket of removed tooth and optimization of reparative osteogeny and prevention of atrophy of alveolar bone or its part with savings on a solution for rinsing of the mouth and a decrease in time daily spent for oral rinsing.
