社区卫生服务中心晚期癌症患者的临终关怀护理

摘要

Objective To investigate the role of implementation of terminal care to advanced cancer patients in community health centers. Methods 96 patients with advanced cancer from 2010 to 2013 nursed in our community health center were selected, and randomly allocated to two groups, with 48 cases in each, the control group received regular care, while the study group received terminal care, life quality and satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared. Results Patients with advanced cancer from community were implemented terminal care, the patient's quality of life and satisfaction degree were significantly improved, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The community health center is ideal for implementing terminal nursing care, implementing terminal care to patients with advanced cancer, can reduce the stress of cancer patients and their families and improve the life quality of patients.%目的：探讨社区卫生服务中心在晚期癌症患者中实施临终关怀护理的作用。方法选取2011～2013年我中心护理的晚期癌症患者96例，随机分为两组，对照组48例予以常规护理，研究组48例予以临终关怀护理，比较两组患者的生活质量以及满意程度。结果对社区晚期癌症患者实施临终关怀护理，患者的生活质量以及护理满意度有明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区服务中心是实施临终关怀护理的理想机构，通过对晚期癌症患者实施临终关怀能够减轻患者及家属压力，提高患者生活质量。
