目的：研究细辛脑联合多索茶碱对支气管哮喘急性发作患儿的疗效及预后影响。方法选取我院2014年3月～2015年5收治的132例支气管哮喘急性发作患儿，随机分为观察组和对照组，各66例患儿，对照组采用细辛脑进行治疗，观察组在此基础上联合多索茶碱进行治疗，观察并比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率、肺功能显著高于对照组，喘憋、咳嗽及肺部哮鸣音消退的时间及住院时间显著短于对照组，且差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论细辛脑联合多索茶碱对支气管哮喘急性发作患儿疗效显著，能有效改善患儿哮喘症状并提高治疗安全性，促进患儿早日康复。%Objective To study the effect and prognosis of asaron combined with doxofylline in treatment of children with acute bronchial asthma.Methods132 cases of children with acute bronchial asthma cured in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 66 cases in each. Asaron was used in control group, and on the basis of this, doxofylline was also used in observation group. The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results Efficiency of treatment and pulmonary function of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group. Wheezing, coughing and wheezing subsided time and the hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Effect of asaron combined with doxofylline in treatment of children with acute bronchial asthma was significant. It could effectively improve the symptoms of asthma in children and improve the safety of treatment. And it could promote the early recovery of children.
