超声内镜在胃癌术前分期检查中的应用价值

Objective: To investigate the application of the endoscopic ultrasound (ELJS) examination in the preoperative staging of gastric cancer. Methods: 78 patients with gastric cancer were assigned to preoperative ELJS examination and TNM staging, which were compared with postoperative pathological examination results to calculate the accuracy. Results: Compared with pathological staging, 70 cases of T staging and 59 cases of N staging assigned to ELJS were consistent, and the accuracy of which were 89.7% and 75.6%, respectively. Conclusion: The endoscopic ultrasound for TNM staging of gastric cancer is of greater clinical value.%目的:探讨超声胃镜在胃癌术前分期检查中的应用价值.方法:对78 例胃癌患者行术前超声胃镜检查及TNM分期,与术后病理检查结果比较并计算准确率.结果:超声内镜对胃癌浸润深度检测与术后病理检查相符70 例,准确率为89.7%,对胃癌淋巴结转移检测与术后病理检查相符59 例,准确率为75.6%.结论:超声胃镜对胃癌的TNM分期有较大的临床应用价值.
