糖尿病患者健康教育的临床路径与依从性

     

摘要

目的:研究糖尿病患者健康教育的临床路径及依从性.方法:将240例糖尿病患者分为两组,各120例,其中,A组120例给予全套的护理措施,B组120例由患者自愿选择路径.结果:A组和B组患者宣教、评估、经验交流方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=3.32、2.92、3.22,均P<0.05).出院时,A组控制血糖的效果优于B组,两组比较,差异均有统计学院意义(t=1.99,P<0.05);A组饭后运动、饮食规矩自我管理能力优于B组(χ2=3.82、2.03,均P<0.05).两组住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.08,P<0.05).结论:健康教育临床路径有效,对糖尿病患者进行健康教育的临床路径必须以患者的依从性良好为基础.%Objective: To study the compliance and clinical pathways of health education for diabetes patients. Methods: 240 cases of diabetes patients were divided into two groups (group A and group B), a full set of nursing measures were taken to group A, the patients of group B chosed the paths voluntarily. Results: There were significant differences between group A and group B in mission, evaluation, experience exchange (x2=332,2.92, 3.22, all P<0.05). After treatment, in blood sugar control, there was a significant difference in the two groups (t=1.99, P<0.05), and self-management ability, group A were better than group B in the self-management capabilities and exercise after eating (x2=3.82, 2.03, all P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the two groups in the hospitalization time (t=2.08, P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical health e-ducation method is effective. Good compliance is the basic to diabetes health education.
