摘要

:Objective To evaluate the application efficacy of clinical pathway in health education for patients after heart-valve Replacement. Methods 〓The randomized control trials of clinical pathway in health education for patients after heart-valve replacement were researched in the databases of Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE, CBM, CNKI, Wan Fang database and VIP. RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze the extracted data of included studies. Results A total of 7 studies including 806 patients were finally analyzed in this meta-analysis. Meta-analysis showed that the clinical pathway of health education was superior to the traditional health education in following areas, including improving disease-related knowledge(Z=6.32, P0.01)improving patients’ satisfaction degree on nursing service(Z=4.55, P0.01)and treatment compliance(Z=2.79, P0.01), reducing the risk of complications(Z=2.44, P0.05)and treatment duration in ICU(Z=7.30, P0.01). Conclusion 〓Compared with the traditional health education, the clinical pathway is more effective in health education for patients after heart-valve replacement.
机译::目的评价心脏瓣膜置换术后临床路径在健康教育中的应用效果。方法〓在Cochrane图书馆,PubMed,EMBASE,CBM,CNKI,Wan Fang数据库和VIP的数据库中研究了心脏瓣膜置换术后患者健康教育临床途径的随机对照试验。 RevMan 5.3软件用于分析包含研究的提取数据。结果本荟萃分析最终分析了包括806例患者在内的总共7项研究。荟萃分析显示,在以下几个方面,健康教育的临床路径优于传统健康教育,包括提高疾病相关知识(Z = 6.32,P <0.01),提高患者对护理服务的满意度(Z = 4.55, P <0.01)和治疗依从性(Z = 2.79,P <0.01),降低了ICU发生并发症的风险(Z = 2.44,P <0.05)和治疗时间(Z = 7.30,P <0.01)。结论〓与传统的健康教育相比,对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者进行健康教育的临床途径更为有效。
