目的:分析我院静脉配置中心的疑问用药医嘱,确保患者用药安全.方法:对广州医学院第三附属医院静脉药物配置中心记录的912份疑问用药医嘱进行统计分析.结果:疑问医嘱共912份,其中,经医师更正的医嘱908份,占疑问医嘱99.50%.疑问医嘱中药物剂量与浓度不当所占比例最高(37.82%),其次为不合理配伍(32.01%)结论:及时纠正临床静脉用药中存在的问题,以避免或减少了药品不良反应甚至用药事故的发生.%Objective: To analyze the doubtful medical advices in pharmacy intravenous admixture services of our hospital, in order to ensure the safety of drug use. Methods: Doubtful medical advices recorded in pharmacy intravenous admixture services of the third affiliated hospital of Guangzhou medical college were analyzed statistically. Results: There were a total of 912 copies of doubtful medical advices, of which 908 copies were corrected by the doctors, accounted for 99.50% of the total. The top scale of doubtful medical advices was the improper drug dose and concentration (37.82%), unreasonable compatibility of medicines was the next (32.01%). Conclusion: Correcting clinical intravenous pharmacy problems promptly can avoid or reduce the side effects and use accidents of drugs.
