目的:分析我院普外科住院患者抗菌药物应用情况,为抗菌药物的规范应用和管理提供参考依据.方法:随机抽取我院普外科2010年11月全部出院病例进行回顾性调查分析.结果:404份病历的抗菌药物使用率为93.6%,联合应用率为49.6%;手术281例,100%使用,清洁手术(Ⅰ类)联用率为11.7%;非手术的使用率为78.9%.术前0.5~2.0 h内使用抗菌药物占6.8%(Ⅰ类占9.4%);使用抗菌药物的378例患者中,用药1、2 d仅分别占2.6%、3.2%;清洁手术用药≥3 d的占98.4%.结论:我院普外科抗菌药物的应用存在一些不当之处,医院须采取切实可行的干预措施,加大监管力度,才能使用药逐步趋向合理.%Objective: To investigate the utilization of antibiotics in the department of general surgery in our hospital and provide clinical references of drug standard use and management Methods: All case of patients were collected and studied retrospectively who left department of general surgery in hospital in November 2010. Results: Ratio of antibiotics was 93.6% in the 404 cases and ratio of combination was 49.6%. 'Ihere were 281 cases of operation in all which antibiotics were used. Ratio of combination was 11.7% in clean operation. Usage was 78.9% in the cases of non-operation. There was 6.8% in operation cases used antibiotics 0.5-2.0 hour before surgery (9.4% in clean operation). 378 cases used antibiotics, there were 2.6%; used antibiotics in 1 day and there were 3.2% used them in 2 days. There was 98.4% in clean operation to use antibiotics 3 days or more. Conclusion: There is a few improper usage of antibiotics in the department of general surgery of our hospital, feasible intervention should be executed and supervision should be enhanced in our hospital, as a result, usage of antibiotics will become rational step by step
