目的 评价区级二级医院加强抗菌药物临床合理应用管理后的成效,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供证据. 方法 调查某区级二级医院2011年11月开展抗菌药物管理前及2013年12月开展抗菌药物管理后住院患者抗菌药物使用情况.结果 开展抗菌药物管理后抗菌药物使用率由37.7%降至30.8%; 预防性使用抗菌药物比例由66.9%降至31.7%; 联合使用抗菌药物比例由27.9%降至12.7%; 使用限制级抗菌药物比例分别由36.4%降至22.5%, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗性使用抗菌药物病原学送检率由13.7%上升至20.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论 加强监管,可有效提高抗菌药物使用合理性.%Objective To evaluate the effect of anfibiotic management strenthened by a district secondary hospital in clinical utilization and provide evidence for clinical rational using of antimicrobial drugs. Methods Investigating the antibiotics application condition with in-patients in November of 2011(pre-management) and the December of 2013(Post-management). Result Through the antibiotic management for a year,antibiotics usage rate decreased from 37.9%to 30.9%;prophylactic using of antibiotics decreased from 66.9%to 31.7%(P<0.05);the using of antibiotics combination decreased from 27.9% to 12.7%(P<0.05); The increasing of etinlogic check for therapeutic using of antimicrobial drug has no significant (P<0.05);the using of restrited antibiotics also decresed from 36% to 23% (P<0.05). Conclusion Reinforing supervision could effectively improve the resonable using of antibiotics.
