发达国家长期照护服务体系比较

摘要

Long term-care (LTC) service system development course abroad has been arranged, the respective characteris -tics of four typical countries which Germany, Japan, America, England, have been compared from aspects of raising funds, contents and styles of services, cost burden and objects, labor power and quality control, in order to provide reference for LTC service system in China.%本文梳理了发达国家长期照护服务体系发展的历程,并从筹资、服务的内容与方式、费用负担及服务对象、服务提供的人力与质量控制几个方面,比较分析了四个典型国家--德国、日本、美国、英国各自体系的特点,为我国的照护服务体系建设提供借鉴和参考.
