Objective: To analyze the electrogastrogram changes on patients with gastric cancer and duodenal bulb ulcers, research whether the relationship between the clinical symptoms in patients of duodenal ulcer and gastric cancer with elec -trogastrogram changes can provide some kinds of reference and guide for the clinical diagnosis and treatment or not. To seek for a painless, simple, acceptable method of gastrointestinal diseases. Methods: 30 cases of gastric cancer and 52 cases of duodenal bulb ulcer who were diagnosed by the gastroscopic, and 30 cases of asymptomatic volunteers, were moni -tored by normal electrogastrogram, and the electrogastrogram parameters in different groups were comprehensively analyzed. Results: The gastric electrical parameter in the patients with gastric cancer were that the gastric electrical rhythms were disorded, the normal slow wave percentage and slow wave frequency unstability coefficient before the meal, the coupling percentage before and after meal were sharply descending. The gastric electrical parameter in the patients with duo -denal bulb ulcer were that the gastric electrical rhythms were disorded before and after meal, and their Average frequency was rose, the lord power rate after meal was sharply decreased. Changes between two groups of gastric electrical parameters were statistically significant (P<0.05). The functional indigestion of the scale between gastric cancer patients and duodenal ball ulcer patients were respectively 20.00% and 19.23%. Conclusion: The check results of the EGG of the patients with gastric cancer and duodenal bulb ulcer have a certain specificity. They are also instructive to some degree. Patients with peptic ulcer diagnosed and checked by gastroscope are recommended to check by EGG, in order to make clear whether there are any obstacle on stomach dynamic, so as to early use the drug of stomach dynamic to treat according to the condi -tions of patients. EGG can be used as one of the routine check ways. It is worthy to be promoted.%目的:分析胃癌与十二指肠球部溃疡患者胃电图变化特点,探讨胃癌与十二指肠球部溃疡患者的临床症状与胃电变化的关系,能否为临床诊断与治疗提供参考依据与指导.寻求一种无痛苦,简便,患者容易接受的胃肠疾病的检查方法.方法:经胃镜确诊的胃癌30例、十二指肠球部溃疡52例,无症状志愿者30例分别进行常规胃电图监测,对各组胃电参数进行综合分析.结果:胃癌患者胃电参数改变以胃肠电节律紊乱、餐前正常慢波百分比、慢波频率不稳定系数,餐前、后偶联百分比明显下降为主;十二指肠球部溃疡患者餐前、餐后胃肠电节律紊乱,平均频率增高,餐后主功率比降低较明显,两组胃电参数变化均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).胃癌、十二指肠球部溃疡组中功能性消化不良的比例分别为20.00%、19.23%.结论:胃癌及十二指肠球部溃疡患者胃电图检查结果有一定的特异性,对其诊断与治疗有一定的指导意义.经胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡推荐行胃电图检查,以明确是否存在胃动力障碍及其类型,依据患者情况及早运用胃动力药物治疗.胃电图可作为胃肠疾病的常规检查方法之一,值得临床推广.
