临床护理教师课堂授课质量调查分析

     

摘要

Objective: To investigate and analyze teaching quality of clinical nursing teachers, and provide reference for the improvement of teaching quality.Methods: 600 copies of questionnaires were issued to the students from 2008 to 2010, 576 copies returned, each item score ratio were calculated.Results: There were 9 advantage projects with the ratio more than 0.9, and 7 disadvantages projects with the ratio less than 0.9.Conclusion: The clinical nursing teachers need strengthen training to improve teaching skills.%目的:对临床护理教师课堂授课质量进行调查和分析,为进一步提高教学质量提供参考.方法:2008~2010年向学生发放调查问卷共600份,回收576份,计算问卷中每一调查项目的得分比值.结果:比值大于0.9的优势项目有9项,比值小于0.9的劣势项目有7项.结论:临床护理教师还需加强培训,提高教学能力.
