热毒宁辅助治疗小儿急性肺炎疗效分析

摘要

Objective: To approach curative effect of children acute pneumonia by Redlining adjunctive therapy.Methods: Clinical data of children acute pneumonia in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to different ways of treatment, children were divided into observation group (90 cases) and control grouo (60 cases).Results: The pyretolysis time, cough extinction time, recovery time of lung signs of observation group were lower than those of control group (t=7.31, 12.72, 16.33), the clinical total effective rate of observation group was high 75.0％ of control group, the difference was statistical significance (x2=28.57, P＜0.05).Conclusion: Redlining adjunctive therapy in children acute pneumonia improves significantly and result is good,It's worthy of clinic application.%目的:探讨热毒宁辅助治疗小儿急性肺炎的疗效.方法:采用回顾性分析我院收治的急性肺炎患儿临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组90例和对照组60例.结果:观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部体征恢复时间均明显低于对照组(t=7.31、12.72、16.33),观察组临床治疗总有效率100.0%明显高于对照组75.0%,差异有统计学意义(x2=28.57,P<0.05).结论:热毒宁辅助治疗小儿急性肺炎临床症状改善明显,效果良好,值得临床推广应用.
