比索洛尔治疗92例慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘要

目的:探讨比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果.方法:将92例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各46例.对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用比索洛尔,观察两组患者的治疗效果.结果:治疗组治疗后的总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组治疗后患者的心率(HR)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、运动耐量、左室舒张末径(LVEDd)与对照组相比有明显改善(P<0.01).结论:比索洛尔可减轻慢性心力衰患者的临床症状,提高疗效.%Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Bisoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods: 92 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 46 patients in each group, the control group with conventional therapy, the treatment group with conventional combined Bisoprolol. The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (ρ＜0.05). After treatment, heart rate (HR), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), exercise tolerance, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd) were significantly improved compared with the control group (ρ＜0.01). Conclusion: Bisoprolol can reduce the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure and to improve the outcome.
