成都学龄前儿童看护人对幼儿体力活动认识程度的KAP调查分析

         

摘要

目的 调查成都市学龄前儿童幼师和家长对幼儿体力活动的认识程度,包括知识、态度和行为.方法 选取2008~2010年成都不同区位5所幼儿园教师91名和家长480名进行问卷调查,采用经验证的体力活动知-信-行调查量表.结果大部分幼儿看护人对体力活动缺乏科学认识并缺少实践,25.8%幼师和42.1%家长认为运动多出汗好,30.8%幼师和17.7%家长听说过"体力活动金字塔",幼师比家长更了解预防幼儿运动伤害知识.每周坚持1~2次以上的幼师占67.9%,家长占36.7%,能常带孩子运动的家长占19.5%.运动方式上,幼师偏向于园内运动,家长偏向于与大自然接触和共同参与的运动.结论 建议幼儿园建立规范运动指导标准,创造家庭运动氛围,帮助幼儿形成良好的运动习惯.%Objective To investigate the cognition level, from three aspects: knowledge, attitude, practice (KAP), of kindergarteners and parents on physical activity of preschool children in Chengdu. Methods From 2008 to 2010, 91 kindergarteners and 480 parents from five different districts were studied through a questionnaire survey, using a verified physical activity KAP survey scale. Results Most subjects were lack in knowledge of physical activity and failed to participate in, with 25.8% kindergarteners and 42.1% parents approving that sweating in physical activity benefits, 30.8% kindergarteners and 17.7% parents hearing of the "physical activity pyramid" and kindergarteners having an edge over parents in preventing activity injuries. 67.9% kindergarteners and 36.7% parents excised 1 or 2 times per week and only 19.5% parents excised with their children. For appropriate ways, kindergarteners preferred to activities in the kindergartens while parents tended to go out to nature and interactive activities. Conclusion Kindergartens should establish standardized guidelines for physical activity and parents should create a sports atmosphere to help children to form good exercise habits.
