临床路径在急性心肌梗死患者健康教育中的应用

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the application effects of clinical pathway in the health education for patients with a-cute myocardial infarction. Methods 80 patients with initial diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The 40 patients of the control group received health education using traditional methods while the 40 patients of ihe experiment group received health education using the health education clinical pathway table. Results The experiment group mattered significantly higher health education contents than that of control group (P < 0.05), showed significantly higher satisfaction with nursing work than the control group (P < 0.05), and spent less average length of stay and less average hospitalization costs than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical pathway for patients with acute myocardial infarction can help the patients gain comprehensive, systematic and effective control of health knowledge, shorten hospital stay, reduce hospitalization costs, improve patients' quality of life, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work.%目的 探讨临床路径在急性心肌梗死患者健康教育中的应用效果.方法 将80例初次诊断为急性心肌梗死的患者随机分成实验组和对照组.对照组40例采用传统方法进行健康教育,实验组40例制订健康教育临床路径表,按路径表进行健康教育.结果 实验组健康教育内容掌握比率明显高于对照组(P < 0.05),对护士工作的满意度高于对照组(P < 0.05),平均住院日及平均住院费用比对照组减少(P < 0.05).结论 对急性心肌梗死患者实施临床路径可使患者全面、系统、有效地掌握健康知识,缩短住院日,降低住院费用,提高患者生活质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度.
