目的 观察空肠内注入ω-3 多不饱和脂肪酸对急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠免疫功能的影响.方法 将80 只大鼠随机分为4 组,分别为无胰腺炎组(对照组)、胰腺炎-普通营养组、胰腺炎-玉米油组和胰腺炎-鱼油组.建立急性胰腺炎模型,术后第7 天检测各组外周血中IL-1β、IL-18、IL-10、TNF-α 浓度和IL-10/TNF-α 变化.结果 胰腺炎-鱼油组大鼠IL-1β、IL-18、IL-10、TNF-α 浓度和IL-10/TNF-α 较其他组明显降低.结论 空肠内注入ω-3 多不饱和脂肪酸具有抑制急性胰腺炎大鼠炎症反应和维持抗炎促炎平衡状态作用.%Objective To investigate the effect of w-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids injected into the jejunum on immune function in rats with acute pancreatitis (AP). Methods 80 rats were randomly divided into four groups: no-AP group, AP-com-men enteral nutrition group, AP-corn oil group and AP-fish oil group. Both the value of IL-10/TNF-a and the concentration of IL-ip, IL-18, IL-10 and TNF-a were detected at the 7th day after established acute pancreatitis model. Results Both the value of IL-10/TNF-a and the concentration of IL-ip, IL-18, IL-10 and TNF-a were lower in AP-fish oil group rats. Conclusion w-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids injected into the jejunum can decrease the inflammatory reaction and modulate the immune function in rats with acute pancreatitis.
