综合医院临床医师聘后量化考核体系的建立

         

摘要

Objective To establish an efficient quantitive evaluation index system of employed physicians with senior or intermediate title in a general hospital. Methods The Delphi consultation questionnaire was designed based on the results of interviews, a comprehensive literature review and expert panel. Two-rounds of Delphi consultation were conducted in 25 experts from either management department or clinical field in the 3-level hospital. Results The quantitive evaluation index system consists of 4 primary indexes, 11 secondary indexes and 44 tertiary indexes for physicians and 48 indexes for surgeons and their weights. Conclusion We should establish operative and quantitive evaluation index system of employed physicians with senior or intermediate title to provide empirical evidence and directions for physicians' development in a general hospital.%目的 建立综合医院高、中级职称临床医师的聘后量化考核指标体系.方法 通过文献回顾、专家访谈初步拟定指标体系,经专家会议法讨论制订专家征询问卷,对来自某三甲医院不同职位的25名资深医师和行政人员进行了两轮德尔菲专家咨询.结果 建立了临床医师聘后量化考核指标体系,包括一级指标4个、二级指标11个和三级指标44个(内科医师)、48个(外科医师)及其权重系数.结论 明确了综合医院临床医师考核体系,为医院评聘、晋升等提供依据,同时也为临床医师进行职业生涯规划提供了方向.
