Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing interventions on patients with dangerous placenta previa with quality care mode under the guidance.Methods 26 patients with dangerous placenta previa from October 2011 to October 2012 were selected and divided into group A and group B, each group had 13 patients.Group A was given quality care mode under the guidance of nursing interventions, group B was given conventional methods of care, the control group, recovery of dangerous placenta previa, complications and fetal situation of two groups were compared.Results After nursing, dangerous listening and speaking skills, the ability to walk normal number and proportion of group A were better than that of group B (P < 0.05).Anemia, thrombocytopenia and fetal anemia, thrombocy-topenia number and proportion of group B after nursing were higher than that of group A (P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention with after quality care mode under the guidance is carried out to patients with dangerous placenta previa after treatment, which has a significant effect, and worthy of use in clinical practice.%目的 探究与分析优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预措施对凶险性前置胎盘患者的影响.方法 选取2011年10月～2012年10月收治的凶险性前置胎盘患者26例,并随机分为A、B组,每组各13例.A组患者给予优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预的方法,B组患者给予常规护理方法.比较两组患者护理后凶险性前置胎盘恢复情况、并发症及胎儿情况.结果 护理后,A组凶险性前置胎盘患者听说能力、行走能力正常的人数及比例比B组凶险性前置胎盘患者高(P＜0.05).B组凶险性前置胎盘患者护理后并发贫血、血小板减少以及胎儿发生贫血、血小板减少人数及比例比A组凶险性前置胎盘患者高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 经过凶险性前置胎盘介入治疗的患者,如果对其进行优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预治疗效果显著,值得在临床上推广运用.
