临床实习教学是高等医学教育的重要环节,是培养高素质医学人才目标的关键阶段.为保证实习质量,我院以医学专科生为培养对象,探讨麻醉专业的临床实习教学培养模式,在教学医院中尚属新的尝试,所构建的多层面临床实习培养模式,体现了先进的教学理念,对于医学专科生麻醉专业培养有参考价值.%Objective To investigate the effect of self-health nursing education on improving the life quality,smoking situation and mastery of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) knowledge of patients with COPD. Methods Fifty-two patients with COPD were randomly divided into the experimental groups and the control group. Both groups were given conventional nursing and the interventional group was additionally followed up twice by professional COPD nurses. The aim of follow-up was to improve the patient's self-nursing care ability and knowledge of COPD. Both experimental groups filled out two questionnaires at their first and last outpatient follow-up. Results After the COPD knowledge education for patients with COPD,the interventional group improved significantly in the life quality (P < 0.05),quit smoking (P < 0.05) and mastered COPD knowledge better (P < 0.05). Conclusion Basic nursing does not influence the patient's quality of life and smoking habits. Implementing self-health nursing education among patients with COPD on the basis of basic nursing can improve the patient's lifestyle.
