丙泊酚及其代谢物血药浓度分析方法研究进展

摘要

Propofol is a short-acting, fast-acting intravenous anesthetic. Because of Prppofol anesthesia fast and the patients feel comfortable after anesthesia, so it is widely used in clinical surgery. This review reports on the analytical methods for the determination of Propofol and its metabolites in blood, including liquid chromatography (LC), gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS), or LC coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS). Method's fea-tures,application prospects and technical developments are also discussed.%丙泊酚是一种短效、速效静脉麻醉剂。由于丙泊酚起效极快且麻醉后舒适感较好，因此广泛用于临床。本文对丙泊酚及其代谢物血药浓度分析方法的研究现状做一综述，讲述了几种定量分析方法，主要有液相色谱法(LC)、气相色谱/质谱联用技术(GC/MS)或液相-串联质谱技术(LC-MS/MS)。分别阐述了各方法的特点及应用前景，并提出了今后丙泊酚及其代谢物分析方法的发展方向。
