临床不合理用药及其药学干预机制分析

摘要

To create clinical irrational drug intervention mechanisms to effectively control clinical irrational drug use in further, ensure the safe use of drugs. This study has analyzed the problems of specific performance, explored the root of the problem, according to the status of China's current actual irrational drug use, starting from the related concepts. After the question and the reason for clarifying, the authors try to create the scientific and effective clinical irrational drug intervention mechanism, it has far-reaching significance to improve physicians rational drug use level and ensure the safety of hospital drug use.%为了进一步尝试创建临床不合理用药的干预机制，有效管控目前临床的不合理用药情况，保证用药安全，本研究根据我国目前不合理用药的现状，从其相关概念出发，分析了存在问题的具体表现，探讨问题的根源，并在问题及原因理清之后，尝试创建了科学、有效的临床不合理用药的干预机制，对提高医师合理用药水平、保证医院用药安全意义深远。
