神经元特异性烯醇化酶的应用及研究进展

         

摘要

Neuron specific enolase (NSE) is a special enzyme in neurons and neuroendocrine cells. It is widely used as a sensitive index of nerve cell damage and prognosis of desease in various kinds of nerve damages, such as cerebral hemorrhage, ischemia, hypoxia, infection, poisoning, malnutrition and so on. And it is also usually used in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of small cell lung cancer for the high content in neuroendocrine cells. So NSE has the very wide application prospect in clinical evaluation of the degree of braln damage and predicting prognosis. But there are many controversial aspects, so further more experimental and clinical studies are still needed in the future.%神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)是神经元和神经内分泌细胞特有的酶。作为评价神经细胞损伤严重程度及判断预后的敏感指标,NSE在各种神经损伤中,如脑出血、缺血、缺氧、感染、中毒、营养不良等,被广泛应用。同时NSE在神经内分泌细胞中含量较高,故也常常被用于小细胞肺癌的诊断及预后评价。 NSE在临床上评价脑损伤程度及预测预后方面有很大的应用前景,但还存在很多有争议的地方,需进一步的试验及临床研究论证。
