健康教育联合康复护理在皮下埋植避孕术围术期中的应用

摘要

目的 观察围术期健康教育联合康复护理在皮下埋植避孕术护理中的应用效果. 方法 将2012年8月~2014年8月于首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院进行皮下埋植避孕术的80例育龄妇女随机分成观察组和对照组,两组分别进行围术期健康宣讲联合康复护理以及单纯康复护理,比较两组对避孕和皮下埋置相关知识的了解程度、不良反应、放置成功率以及患者满意度情况. 结果 健康教育后观察组和对照组对避孕知识掌握程度评分分别为(41.33±6.55)分和(31.21±8.12)分,对皮下埋置知识了解评分为(41.22±6.23)分和(33.67±5.78)分,观察组的避孕以及皮下埋置相关知识掌握程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访1年,观察组和对照组的避孕有效率分别为97.5%和92.5%, 差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05); 观察组妇女不良反应的总发生率为22.5%,明显低于对照组(42.5%),差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05);观察组的放置成功率为 92.5%,而对照组为77.5%,观察组明显高于对照组,且观察组患者满意度(95.0%)也明显高于对照组(82.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 健康教育联合康复护理减少了皮下埋植避孕术后的不良反应,提高了育龄妇女对避孕以及皮下埋植相关知识的掌握程度,放置成功率以及患者的满意度均较高,十分值得在临床中推广应用.%Objective To observe the application effect of health education combined with rehabilitation nursing in pe-rioperative period of subcutaneous preparetions contraception. Methods From August 2012 to August 2014, 80 repro-ductive women underwent subcutaneous preparetions contraception in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affil-iated to Capital Medical University were divided into obervation group and control group randomly, and given health lectures in perioperative combined with rehabilitation nursing and simple rehabilitation nursing respectively. The com-prehension degree of contraceptive knowledge and subcutaneous implantation knowledge, adverse reaction, embedment success rate and patients satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After health education, the scores of master degree of contraceptive knowledge in the obervation group and control group were (41.33 ±6.55) points and (31.21±8.12) points, the scores of subcutaneous implantation knowledge were (41.22±6.23) points and (33.67±5.78) points;the master degrees of contraceptive knowledge and subcutaneous implantation knowledge in the obervation group were significantly higher than those in the control gorup (P<0.05). After 1 year of follow-up, both groups contraceptive ef-fective rate was 97.5% and 92.5%, which had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 22.5%, obviously lower than control group (47.5%), the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05). The success rate of implantation in the observation group was 92.5%, which was 77.5% in the control group, the success rate of implantation in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control gorup (P<0.05);also of the satisfaction degree of patients in the two group (95.0% of the observation group, 82.5% of the lontrol group, P<0.05). Conclusion Health education combined with rehabilitation care can reduce the adverse reactions after subcutaneous preparetions contraception, improve the mastery of contraceptive knowledge and subcutaneous implanta-tion knowledge, and the success rate of implantation, satisfaction degree of operator are higher. It is worthy of clnical application.
