围术期康复护理对髋关节置换术后康复效果的Meta分析

摘要

：Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative rehabilitation on the rehabilitation efficacy after hip replacement. Methods 〓Chinese and English databases, including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Medline, Auraria Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP database and Wanfang database, were retrieved by the computer, and the randomized controlled trials(RCT)meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected. The data were analyzed through RevMan 5.3 software after evaluation on the quality of articles. Results 〓The significant differences were shown between trial group and control group regarding the incidence of postoperative complications ［RR=0.30, 95%CI(0.18, 0.51), P0.00001］ and Harris hip scores 1 month, 3 months and 1 year after surgery ［WMD=9.61, 95%CI(7.58, 11.65), P0.00001; WMD=10.67, 95%CI(9.50, 11.83), P0.00001; WMD=3.48, 95%CI(1.30, 5.66), P=0.002］. Conclusion 〓Perioperative rehabilitation can effectively reduce postoperative complications and improve the hip joint function in patients undergoing hip replacement.
