外科门诊患者护理服务中运用人性化护理教育的效果

         

摘要

目的 探讨外科门诊患者护理服务中运用人性化护理教育的效果.方法 选取2015年1月~12月内蒙古医科大学附属医院外科门诊患者120例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例.对照组给予常规外科护理,观察组在对照组基础上对护理人员给予人性化护理教育.比较两组护理不良事件发生率、患者满意度(包括医院环境、护理技能水平、护理服务态度及行为)及护理质量(包括护理操作、护理服务、康复指导及护理人员形象)情况.结果 观察组患者不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度各项指标得分及护理质量各指标得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P< 0.05).结论 人性化护理教育可提高外科门诊护理质量和患者满意度,降低不良事件发生率,值得在外科门诊推广应用.%Objective To explore the effects of humanized nursing education on nursing service in surgical outpatients.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients from January to December 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table.The control group received routine nursing care and the observation group received humanized nursing service on the basis of the control group.The incidence of nursing adverse reaction,the scores of nursing satisfaction (including hospital environment,nursing skills,nursing service attitude and behavior) and nursing quality (including nursing skills,nursing service,rehabilitation guidance and the imagine of nursing staff) were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that of control group,the scores of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality in the observation group were all higher than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing education can significantly improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in surgical outpatients,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse reaction.It is worthy of promotion and application.
