金蝉止痒颗粒质量标准分析与研究

摘要

Objective To establish the quality standard of Jinchanzhiyang Granules.Methods The contents of Gardenia jasmainoides Ellis,Sophoraflavescens,Phellodendron amurense Rupr.in Jinchanzhiyang Granules were identified by using thin layer chromatography (TLC) method.The contents of Berberine,Osthole were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method.Results TLC had strong specificity and high separation.Negative control without interference.The linear range was 0.00648-0.1296 μg for Berberine (r=0.9996) and 0.0045-0.1125 μg for Osthole (r=0.9996) respectively.The average recovery was 99.16％ (RSD=1.21％),99.22％ (RSD=l.33％) respectively.the content of Berberine and Osthol was 0.1135,0.0310 mg/g respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate and simple,and can be used for the quality control of Jinchanzhiyang Granules.%目的 对金蝉止痒颗粒建立质量标准.方法 对金蝉止痒颗粒中栀子、苦参、黄柏药材采用薄层色谱法进行鉴别;对盐酸小檗碱、蛇床子素采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定.结果 薄层色谱专属性强,分离度高,阴性对照无干扰;高效液相色谱法测得盐酸小檗碱、蛇床子素分别在0.00648～0.1296μg(r=0.9996)、0.0045～0.1125 μg(r=0.9996)范围内进样量与峰面积之间存在良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.16％、99.22％,RSD分别为1.21％、1.33％,测得含量分别为0.1135、0.0310 mg/g.结论 该方法准确、简便,能够很好地对金蝉止痒颗粒进行质量控制.
