骨科3D打印技术的应用研究与前景展望

         

摘要

3D printing technology is first used in the field of industry.Over the years,as the gradual development and upgrading of 3D printing material system and the improvement of the operation control technology,the 3D printing technology has been gradually applied to the field of medicine by the clinicians.This paper introduces the 3D printing technology about the department of orthopedics,and summarizes the four aspects application of 3D printing technology in the department of orthopedics:3D printing solid model provides comprehensive and accurate preoperative diagnosisfor clinicians,and assists physicians to do the preoperative planning and simulation,in order to develop more detailed and accurate surgical program;3D printing surgical navigation template can be used to guide the operation of complex department of orthopedics,simplify the operation and reduce the difficulty of operation;3D printing custom-makes implants which are personalized and special-needed,so that it matches the individual degrees higher,allowing patients to get better clinical results;3D printing model is applied to the teaching of clinical anatomy,improve the students'ability of clinical diagnosis,and provide a broad operating space for the study of the department of orthopedics.Finally,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of 3D printing technology,and puts forward the discussion and prospect of the development direction of the 3D printing technology.%3D打印技术最早应用于工业领域.这些年来,由于3D打印材料体系的逐渐研发升级和操作控制技术的不断完善,临床医师已逐渐将其应用于医学领域.本文对与骨科相关的3D打印技术进行了介绍,3D打印技术在骨科领域中4个方面的应用:3D打印实体模型为临床医师提供全面精确的术前诊断,并辅助医师进行术前规划与模拟,从而制订更详细准确的手术方案;3D打印手术导航模板能对复杂骨科手术进行术中导航,简化手术操作,降低手术难度;3D打印定制个性化及特殊需求的内置物,使之与个体匹配度更高,从而使患者获得更好的临床效果;3D打印模型应用于临床解剖教学,提高学生临床诊断能力,并为其骨科学习提供广阔的操作空间.最后本文总结了3D打印技术的优势和劣势,并对其发展方向提出了探讨与展望.
