基于De1phi法构建南京地区实践型中医护理人才培养体系

     

摘要

目的 构建符合临床实际需求的实践型中医护理人才培养体系,为系统开展中医护理人才培养提供科学的理论框架.方法 通过文献研究、专家访谈、小组讨论法形成实践型中医护理人才培养体系函询问卷,采用Del-phi法对来自8个省市的15名护理专家进行2轮专家函询.结果 2轮问卷回收率分别为100%、80%,专家权威系数分别为0.86、0.84,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.24和0.32,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).最终筛选出6个一级条目、17个二级条目、113个三级条目.其中实践课程权重最大,其次分别为培训与考核、理论课程、师资条件、纳入对象、培养目标.结论 本研究结果可靠性高,为进一步开展实践型中医护理人才培养提供了可操作的培养体系.%Objective To construct a training system of practice TCM nursing talents that meets the actual needs of clinical practice,and to provide a scientific theoretical framework for the development of TCM nursing personnel training.Methods Through literature study,expert interview,group discussion,form the practice of traditional Chinese medicine nursing personnel training system questionnaire,the Delphi method was adopted for 15 nursing experts from 8 provinces and cities in2 rounds of experts enquiry.Results The recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100% and 80% respectively,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.86,0.84,and the Kendall harmonious coefficient was 0.24 and 0.32 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).Six first-level entries,17 secondary entries and 113 tertiary entries were selected.The maximum weight of practical courses was training and then were theory course,teacher's condition,inclusion object and training target respectively.Conclusion The results of this study are highly reliable,scientific and operable,and provide an operable theoretical framework for the further development of practical TCM nursing personnel training.
