：Objective To explore and construct the talents training program of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing inheritance, so as to provide a stable and superior platform, academic guarantee and learning opportunity for the development of young and middle-aged TCM nursing backbone. Methods 〓A self-made questionnaire was designed, and 15 TCM nursing experts were consulted twice by improved Delphi method. Results 〓The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaire were 100.00%, the experts were highly active, the expert authority coefficient were 0.83 and 0.81, the Kendall coordination coefficient of two rounds of consultation were 0.26 and 0.30, respectively(P0.01). The final form of TCM nursing inheritance talent training program included 3 first-level indicators, 9 second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators. Conclusion 〓A high degree of enthusiasm and authority of experts was achieved in this study, and experts' opinions were consistent. It is scientific and feasible to construct a training program for TCM nursing inheritance.
