体验式教学在新护士人文培训中的效果评价

         

摘要

目的 探讨体验式教学在新护士人文培训中的效果.方法 采用整群抽样法分别抽取2015年7~8月和2016年7~8月陆军总医院招聘的90名新护士作为研究对象,按照培训时间不同分为对照组和干预组,每组各45名.对照组采用常规人文关怀培训,干预组采用体验式教学对新护士人文关怀进行培训,比较两组关怀能力及科室医护人员和患者对新护士的满意度.结果 干预组人文关怀能力中理解、鼓励、耐心维度得分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预组医护患满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 体验式教学应用于新护士人文关怀培训中,可提高人文关怀能力及医护患对新护士的满意度,值得推广应用.%Objective To evaluate the effect of experiential teaching in the humanistic training of new nurses.Methods A total of 90 new nurses recruited in the Army General Hospital from July to August 2015 and July to August 2016 were selected as the research subjects by cluster sampling and divided into the control group and the intervention group by the different training time,with 45 cases in each group.The control group applied the routine humanistic care training and the intervention group applied the experiential training to the new nurses.The care ability and the satisfaction of the medical staffs and the patients were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of understanding,encouragement,patience and the total score in the intervention group were all higher than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).The satisfaction of the medical staffs and the patients in the intervention group was higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of experiential teaching in the humanistic care training of new nurses can improve the ability of humanistic care and the satisfaction of medical staffs and the patients.It is worthy of promotion and application.
