医院门急诊科室培训医师开展人性化服务的探索

         

摘要

医院窗口单位门急诊科室服务是衡量医院社会服务水平的手段.当前医院门急诊医护过程中存在缺少人文关怀,就诊环境差,就医流程引导不足,排队时间长等问题.门急诊科室的医护人员医疗服务的人性化可以方便就诊患者,为患者提供更贴心的服务,提高医疗质量,满足患者生理及心理上的要求,提升民众幸福感.本文将就目前医院窗口单位门急诊科室服务所存在的问题进行探讨,如何改善和增强医疗服务的人性化.%The service of hospital window unit the outpatient and emergency department is a way to measure the medical social service level in hospital.Currently there are some problems exist in outpatient and emergency department such as the medical process lack of humanistic concern,poor treatment environment,the lack of medical guidance and the long queuing time.Humanity medical service in the outpatient and emergency department could convenient for patients,and bring more considerate service for patients,improve medical quality,meet the patients physiological and psychological requirements and improve people's well-being.This paper will discuss the problems existing in the service of the outpatient and emergency department of the hospital window,and emergency department and how to improve and enhance the humane medical services.
