医疗卫生研究机构研究生培养模式探讨

摘要

Objective: To research on the postgraduate cultivation mode in medical and health research institutes and to improve the postgraduate quality. Methods: Through the current situation of postgraduate cultivation, we adopted the mode from four aspects including ideological and moral character, education, scientific research and management. We carried out the research integrity education, improved the postgraduate scientific moral level, set the curriculum according to the requirements, enhanced the basic training and promoted the postgraduate academic ability through combining education with practice. Results: The four integration mode can improve the postgraduate cultivation quality. It is beneficial to play an important role in the scientific research. Conclusion: Medical and health research institutes attach great importance to the postgraduate cultivation and optimize the cultivation mode. It is realistically significant to improve the quality of postgraduate cultivation.%目的：探讨医疗卫生研究机构研究生培养模式，提高研究生培养的质量。方法：通过对研究生培养现状的分析，采用从思想品德、教学、科研和管理4方面培养研究生的模式；开展科研诚信教育，提升研究生的科学道德素养；根据需求设置课程，加强基础训练；教学与实践相结合，提升研究生的学术研究能力。结果：通过健全研究生思想教育、教学、科研及管理队伍建设四位一体的培养模式，使研究生培养质量有所提高，有利于研究生尽快发挥其科研骨干作用。结论：医疗卫生研究机构重视研究生培养工作，优化培养模式，对于提高研究生培养质量具有现实意义。
