Objective:To explore the measurement method of quality control of multi parameter patient monitor so as to ensure the safe handling of medical equipment.Methods: The working principle and the setting of characteristic parameters of quality control detection tool of the multi parameter patient monitor were introduced, and its operation process in detection was further optimized. The test data of quality control of multi parameter patient monitor during the last seven years were analyzed. And the common typical faults in the process of maintenance were expounded, and the effective and reasonable solution thinking was proposed.Results:Through the organic combination of maintenance and quality inspection, the initial qualified rate of multi parameter patient monitor in using of our hospital appeared the rising trend year by year. Its qualified rate has achieved 97% in 2016, and the qualified rate of maintenance even has achieved to 100%.Conclusion: The testing tool of quality control not only can be applied in the detection of medical equipment but also can produce standard signal to provide reference for maintenance so as to vastly save maintenance time. Through optimized the operation process of detection, the integrity and accuracy of quality control data were effectively ensured. And the quality control should be taken in the whole life cycle management of medical equipment so as to ensure the safety and high efficiency of clinical practice.%目的:探讨多参数监护仪质量控制检测方法,保障医疗设备的使用安全.方法:分析多参数监护仪质量控制检测工具的工作原理及其特征参数的设置,进一步优化其检测操作流程.研究医院近7年间开展多参数监护仪质量控制检测的数据,提取在维护保养过程中出现的常见典型故障,并提出有效合理的解决方案.结果:通过维护保养与质量检测的有机结合,使医院在用多参数监护仪初次检定合格率呈逐年上升,2016年合格率达97%,维护保养后的合格率达100%.结论:通过优化检测操作流程,有效保证质量控制数据完整性和准确性;将质量控制优化流程纳入医疗设备全生命周期管理,极大提高维护效率;增进临床使用的安全性和高效性.
