目的:了解临床专业本科生预防医学教学现状及教学效果。方法采用分层整群抽样方法抽取皖南医学院2011级临床专业本科生173人进行调查。结果有60.12%的学生认为预防医学重要,52.63%的对预防医学课程感兴趣,50.58%的认为教师的讲课方式不能够激发其学习兴趣,77.33%的认为教师很少主动与学生互动,66.50%的认为课堂气氛不活跃,71.68%的学生预防医学知识掌握程度<50%。结论临床专业学生预防医学教学效果不理想。提出转变教学模式,提高学生认识水平,培养学生学习兴趣是今后教学改革的重点。%Objective To understand and analyze the current status and effects of preventive medicine teaching for undergraduate students of clinical medicine .Methods By using stratified and cluster randomization sampling , we carried out a questionnaire survey among 173 clinical medicine undergraduates of Class 2011 from Wannan Medical College .Results 60.12 percent of the students think preventive medicine is very important , 52 .63 percent are interested in the course of preventive medicine , 50 .58 percent think that the teachers'teaching method could not stimulate their interest in learning, 77.33 percent think that the teachers rarely interact with students , 66.50 percent think that the classroom atmosphere is not active , and 71.68% percent have grasped less than 50% of preventive medicine knowledge .Conclusion The effects of preventive medicine teaching for clinical medicine students are not satisfactory .Changing the teaching model , improving students'understanding of the course and cultivating their interest in learning should be the focus in future teaching reform .
