目的 探索虚拟3D肺脏模型在胸外科规培住院医师临床教学中的应用和效果.方法 该研究采用Mimics 19.0软件对胸部64层CT结果进行重建,以构建虚拟3D肺脏模型.通过理论和操作考试以及调查问卷,对比采用虚拟3D肺模型教学方法与传统教学方法在对该院规培住院医师进行肺脏解剖学临床教学方面的差异.结果 虚拟3D肺模型教学组在肺部精细结构考试中的成绩高于传统教学组(P<0.05);虚拟3D肺模型教学组在教学效果评价中的评分高于传统教学组(P<0.05).结论 虚拟3D肺脏模型能够增强胸外科住院医师对肺部复杂结构的认识,增加学习的积极性,取得了良好的教学效果.%Objective To explore the effects of the virtual three-dimensional (3D) lung model applied in thoracic surgery clinical teaching for standardization training residents.Methods The virtual 3D lung model was reconstructed using Mimics 19.0 software based on 64-layer detector spiral CT imaging data of patients.Then by means of theory and operation exams as well as questionnaire,we compared the virtual 3D lung model teaching method with the traditional teaching method used in lung anatomy clinical teaching for the hospital's standardization training residents.Results The virtual 3D lung model teaching group significantly outperformed the traditional teaching group in lung fine structure test score and teaching effect evaluation score (P < 0.05).Conclusion Using the virtual 3D lung model in thoracic surgery clinical teaching can help the residents understand the complicated 3D anatomy of the lung,increase their interest in learning and achieve good teaching results.
