成人心肺复苏术教学方法及评分标准的改进

摘要

自2009年被授权为美国心脏协会(AHA)心血管急救培训中心以来,第三军医大学第一附属医院培训中心一直严格以《AHA心肺复苏及心血管急救指南》为标准,实施与国际接轨的心肺复苏术规范化培训,形成了特色的“总—分—总”讲解法和“16字8个关键词”要点提炼记忆法,并针对不同授课对象进行不同课堂设计.同时,考核评分标准也随指南的更新调整分值权重,不断修订优化,使制定的各周期独立式评分表能更客观、全面地反映各周期按压和通气的效果.%Since our center was authorized as a cardiovascular emergency training center by American Heart Association (AHA),we have implemented internationally standardized training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) strictly based on the AHA guidelines.So far we have developed a "whole-partial-whole" interpreting method and a "16 characters + 8 key words" key point-extracting method for easy memorizing.We have also made different class designs.Besides,the score weighting of evaluation criteria is adjusted and the content is constantly modified with the update of the guidelines so that the independent evaluation criteria for each cycle can reflect the effects of compression and ventilation more objectively and comprehensively.
