基于“理实一体化”理论的模拟教学法在妇产科实习技能操作培训中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the application results of simulation teaching method in clinical practice skills training of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods We selected 67 medical undergraduates doing clinical practice in our hospital as the study subjects.We adopted the randomized,controlled,and double blind method.Results The students in simulation training group got obviously higher scores than those trained with the traditional teaching method.Conclusion The simulation teaching method is of great significance in clinical practice skills training of gynecology and obstetrics because it can effectively improve the quality of teaching and enhance the training effect.Therefore,it is worthy of popularization.%目的研究模拟教学法在妇产科临床实习技能操作培训中的应用效果.方法 以在德阳市人民医院进行临床实习的67名医学本科学生作为研究对象,采用随机、对照、双盲的方法进行研究.结果采用模拟教学法进行妇产科实习操作技能培训的学生,其成绩明显优于传统教学模式培训的学生.结论模拟教学法对妇产科实习技能操作培训意义重大,能提高教学质量,增强培养效果,值得广泛推广.
