PICC在危重患者中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探讨外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在危重患者中的应用效果及护理方法.方法 回顾性分析和总结50例危重患者应用PICC的效果和护理体会.结果 50例PICC置管患者,成功率100%,导管留置期间穿刺部位渗血1例;静脉炎2例;导管脱落2例;局部感染2例;导管堵塞本组导管堵塞2例,无1例出现导管断裂和全身感染.结论 PICC置管操作成功率高,并发症发生率少,能长时间保留,为救治危重患者提洪了一个可靠、安全的静脉通路.掌握封管压力,严格进行无菌操作,做好管道的护理是提高PICC成功留置的关键.%The Application Value of PICC in Critically I11 PatientsrnObjective To investigate the effect and nursing methods for the Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) using in critically ill patients. Methods Retrospective analyzed and summarized the effects and nursing of 50 cases with PICC, who are critically ill patients. Results 50 cases of patients with PICC catheter, the success rate is 100％, 1 case of catheter puncture site bleeding during the period, 2 cases of phlebitis, 2 cases of catheter loss, 2 cases of local infection, 2 cases of catheter blockage, none of fracture and systemic infections occurred. Conclusion PICC has advantages of high operation success rate, low complication rate, long time reservations to provide a reliable, and secure venous access for the treatment of critically ill patients. Sealing tube pressure control, strictly aseptic technique, and good pipeline care are the keys to improve PICC.
