基于救护车医疗舱箱底的U型整体铺装设计

摘要

目的设计一种全新的救护车箱底的整体铺装方式，以减少病菌的残留，缩短清洁消毒时间，增加救护车的待命时间，以提高运转效率。方法采用可回收降解的环保材料一次塑成整体U型箱底。结果 U型箱底无拼接可直接使用流水冲洗，清洁干净彻底、方便快捷。结论具备抗菌防潮和优良理化性质的安全环保材料，作为救护车医疗舱箱底整体U型铺装将成为救护车主流改装趋势。%Objective Design a new installation mechanism for medical chamber floor on ambulances to reduce germ residue, time of cleaning and sterilization, to increase standby time of ambulances, and to improve operation efficiency. Methods U-shaped medical chamber floor can be shaped in one shot with recyclable material. Results With running water, U-shaped seamless chamber floor can be washed thoroughly and efficiently. Conclusion Medical chamber floor possessed with antibacterial and moistureproof recyclable material with excellent physical and chemical properties will become trendy in ambulance remodeling.
