目的：探讨Me-3D序列动态增强扫描在截肢后患者坐骨神经成像中的应用价值。方法选取我院2010年2月~2013年4月进行截肢的患者47例，所有病人均进行了盆底段及下肢神经的常规平扫联合增强、3D T2*压脂扫描及Me-3D序列动态增强扫描。结果Me-3D序列动态增强扫描对坐骨神经病变的检出率明显高于常规平扫联合增强扫描及3D T2抑脂扫描，且图像清晰度较高。结论Me-3D序列动态增强扫描能清晰地显示坐骨神经，对坐骨神经病变的诊断和治疗起着至关重要的作用。%Objective To explore the application value of Me-3D sequence dynamic enhancement scan in sciatic nerve imaging of amputated patients. Methods 47 amputated patients treated in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2013 were chosen. Al the patients have their pelvic segments and lower limb nerves examined by routine scan combined enhancement scan, 3D T2 fat-suppression scan and Me-3D sequence dynamic enhancement scan. Results Comparing with routine scan combined enhancement scan and 3D T2 fat suppression scan, Me-3D sequence dynamic enhancement scan owns the advantages of higher detection rate of sciatic nerve lesion and clearer images. Conclusion Me-3D sequence dynamic enhancement scan which can clearly show sciatic nerves is important for the diagnosis and treatment of sciatic neuropathy.
