基于稳定工作点的变矩器叶轮强度有限元分析

         

摘要

In order to solve the blade-wheel's strength problem under actual work conditions of a hydrodynamic torque converters used on vehicles,a finite element model of blade--wheel's strength was established.Considering the torque converter's work conditions,a match calculation between the torque converter and the engine was finished firstly,through which the steady working point in actual applications was obtained.A finite element analysis was executed after fluid load and centrifugal load were applied on the blade-wheel,by which the relationship among blade-wheel's stress distribution,deformation and work conditions was got.During the analysis the blade-wheel was regarded as a cyclic symmetric structure,so the cyclic boundary connection was defined by a data constraint equation.With the help of the constraint equation,the whole blade-wheel's strength analysis was able to complete on a single basic cyclic sector.It is suggested by the result of this study that this research method is effective in the blade-wheel's strength analysis.%为解决车辆液力变矩器在实际使用工况下的叶轮强度问题,建立了液力变矩器叶轮强度有限元分析模型.考虑变矩器的使用工况,首先对其进行了与发动机的匹配计算,确定了实际使用中的稳定工作点.在多个稳定工作点上对叶轮施加流体栽荷和旋转离心载荷,通过有限元计算得到了叶轮应力分布和变形量随使用工况的变化趋势.将叶轮作为循环对称结构,通过定义循环周期边界连接的数据约束方程,在一个基础循环结构体上完成对整个叶轮强度的分析,为变矩器叶轮强度分析提供了一种有效的方法.
