金属聚合物复合件微纳结构注射成形分析与实验

     

摘要

Based on the forming technology for the metal-polymer composite parts,a method to manufacture these products was proposed.By improving the temperature,microscopic structure of the metal surface,and the viscosity,pressure and other characteristics of the polymer melt,the metal-polymer composite parts might be directly manufactured by inj ection method.Three different methods were presented to form different kinds of microscopic structures on metal surface and the characteris-tics of the structures were also obtained.A temperature control system used to control the tempera-ture of the metal sheet was established in the laboratory.By using the control system and the manu-factured inj ection mold,the metal-polymer composite parts were molded.Experimental results show that the interface bonding strength between the metal and polymer is much higher than the strength of the inj ected polymer itself.Results obtained herein may promote this new engineering applications of the polymer resin inj ection bonding with the metal alloy technology.%基于金属聚合物复合件的成形理论与技术,提出了通过改善金属表面的温度、微观结构和聚合物成形时的黏度、压力等因素,利用注射工艺直接成形金属聚合物复合件的新方法。研究了金属表面微结构形成的3种方法与形成的表面微结构的特点,构建了金属表面温度控制装置和系统。利用构建的温控系统和制作的模具,获得了直接注射成形的金属聚合物复合件,并分析了不同的金属表面微结构与金属聚合物界面结合力学性能的对应关系,验证了直接注射成形金属聚合物复合件工艺的可行性。
