微波消解ICP-AES法检测马氏体时效钢18Ni300粉体成分

     

摘要

18Ni maraging steel is widely used in many fields, such as daily life, production and advanced science and technology. As a special maraging steel in the selective laser melting(SLM) technology of metal material manufacturing technology(3D printing), 18Ni300 has received widespread attention. The effect of different elements in 18Ni300 is different, so it is very important to determine the element composition of 18Ni300. In this paper, a fast and accurate ICP-AES method for the determination of Ni, Co, Mo, Ti, Al content in 18Ni300 powder of maraging steel by microwave digestion was developed, which overcomes the stortage of existing test gaps. The sample was digested with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid to avoid the corrosion and pollution of hydrofluoric acid. By matching acidity and matrix content, the matrix effect was reduced during test. The internal standard method was used to detemine the elements, and the recovery rate was 90%-110%, which poses an excellent effect.%18Ni系马氏体时效钢广泛应用于日常生活、生产及尖端科技等多个领域,18Ni300作为金属增材制造技术(3D打印)中选区激光熔化技术(selective laser melting,SLM)的专用马氏体时效钢,已获得广泛关注.18Ni300中不同元素所起的作用不同,因此对18Ni300的元素成分测定尤为关键.该文提供一种快速准确的微波消解ICP-AES法测定马氏体时效钢18Ni300粉体中Ni、Co、Mo、Ti、Al含量的新方法,克服现有国标检测的不足.采用盐酸和硝酸进行试样消解,避免氢氟酸对仪器的腐蚀与污染,同时匹配酸度和基体含量,减少测试过程中的基体效应,采用内标法对待测元素进行测定,加标回收率在90%~110%,效果良好.
