MnF2制备工艺的研究与改进

摘要

A method for preparing MnF2 with the main raw materials,including rhodochrosite leachate solution and ammonium fluoride,was developed on the investigation of traditional MnF2 preparation technology.This method solves the problem on high content of impurities,including the difficulty to control quality,operating risk and other problems existing in traditional process.The contents of the impurity ions in the as-prepared MnF2 products were lower than 0.005%,as is better than that in the existing domestic market.%通过对 MnF2传统工艺的研究，开发出以菱锰矿浸出液、氟化铵为主要原料制备 MnF2的方法，解决了传统工艺制备 MnF2杂质含量较高，品质难以控制，操作危险等难题。所制取的 MnF2产品中多数杂质离子含量均低于0．005％，产品质量远优于国内市场现有产品。
