There are various literatures disclosed for the preparation of Indazole as shown below: Org. Lett. 13, 13,3542-3545 discloses the role of copper halide both C-N bond formation between the aryl bromide and the azide and N-N bond formation between the imine and the azide for preparing 2-H-Indazole compounds as shown below. CN1068317O8A also discloses ring formation for Indazole derivative via azide formation using Cul catalyst as below.
