基于PVW-Voronoi图的工矿废弃地复垦利用潜力评价——以湖北省县域为例

         

摘要

研究目的:加强对湖北省工矿废弃地复垦成耕地进行利用的潜力及其空间分区格局的认识.研究方法:惩罚变权模型(PVW模型)、加权Voronoi图、层次分析法(AHP).研究结果:(1)湖北省工矿废弃地共7.19×104 hm2,可分为4种类型;(2)PVW模型有利于提高对评价起限制作用的因素的重视程度;(3)复垦利用潜力处于中度可复垦成耕地利用(Ⅰ3)到临界不可复垦成耕地利用(Ⅱ2)之间;(4)潜力大小从鄂中地区由高到低向周边下降,在空间上呈现明显地域特征.研究结论:湖北省工矿废弃地复垦利用潜力水平总体偏低,但鄂中偏东地区潜力相对较优,其中包括复垦(耕地)空间集中连片度在内的5个指标成为制约全省潜力大小的因素.PVW-Voronoi图能够综合多种因素实现动态调整,突破行政界限进行分区:潜力优势区、内敛区、劣势区及限制区,使结果更趋合理,具有针对性地指导中宏观尺度上复垦利用的战略制定.%The purpose of this study is to strengthen the understanding of the potential of industrial and mining land reclamation as agricultural land for using and its spatial zoning in Hubei Province. Method: Punishment Variable Weight model(PVW model), weight voronoi diagram and analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The results show that: 1)Total area of the industrial and mining land of Hubei province of 71.87 thousand hm2, and it can be divided into four types. 2)It is be beneficial to improve the emphasis of limiting factor of evaluation by using PVW model. 3)The potential of land reclamation as agricultural land for using in Hubei province between mild reclamation as agricultural land for using(Ⅰ3)and can not to be reclaimed as agricultural land for using(Ⅱ2). 4)The potential of reclamation from east of Hubei province from high to low down to the surrounding area, it has obvious regional characteristics on the space. It is concluded that the potential of reclamation in Hubei Province was inferior as a whole, but the level of potential in the east of central of Hubei is more better. And there are 5 factors restricting the ability of the potential mainly are the improvement of capacity of food production in per unit area, spatial connectivity of industrial and mining land, and so on. PVW-Voronoi diagram can consider multiple factors going to achieve dynamic adjustment, break through the administrative boundaries, divide the whole province into 4 reclamation potential zones: the potential advantage zone, potential introverted zone, potential disadvantage zone and potential restricted zone, make the result more reasonable and provide a target-guidance for planning strategies of industrial and mining land reclamation in Hubei Province on the medium macroscopic scale.
