研究目的:探讨农用地整治建后管护的内涵,构建建后管护的要素结构框架.基于不同管护模式特点,通过案例对备选模式进行适用性分析.研究方法:文献研究法、突变级数评价法.研究结果:(1)建后管护体系包括管护主体、管护客体与管护环境三大要素;(2)建后管护依据主体不同可分为政府管护、集体管护与个体管护等模式;(3)采用突变模型,从区域条件、工程条件、参与者条件等方面对建后管护模式适用性进行定量评价,可为具体项目的管护模式选取提供参考.研究结论:农用地整治建后管护是对土地资源、工程设施和土地利用的综合管理,是保障效益长效发挥的关键,具体实践中应基于实际情况,选取相宜的管护模式,以推进建后管护工作.%The purpose of this paper is to discuss the content of the ex-post management and maintenance of rural land consolidation, and then establish the framework of the impact factors. Based on the characteristics of different modes of the ex-post management and maintenance, the applicability of the potential modes are analyzed by case study.The methods employed include literature review and catastrophe progression method. The results showed that: 1)there are mainly three key factors in the system of the ex-post management and maintenance, namely, management subject, management object and management environment. 2)According to the different subjects, the specific modes include government management pattern, collective management pattern and personal management pattern. 3)The mode applicability evaluation system indexes can be constructed from the regional conditions, engineering conditions, participants, etc. The applicability of different modes can be evaluated quantitatively by using catastrophe model. It is concluded that the ex-post management and maintenance of rural land consolidation is the comprehensive management of land resources, engineering facilities and the land use. It is the key to maintain the effectiveness in a long term. The specific practice should be based on the actual situation and select the appropriate mode to promote the ex-post management and maintenance of rural land consolidation.
