Objective:In order to Observe the changes of the plasma endothelins (ET)and serum nitrogen monoxide (NO) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) of the acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACMP) patients as well as the effect of Verapamil(Ver)to them.Methods:By establishing a rat experiment model of ACMP,and the method of radio-immunity was applied to determine the plasma ET and serum TNF concentration of the rat during ACMP and after Ver was administered.Results: After ACMP, the plasma ET and serum TNF and NO concentrations of the rat all increased (P<0.01);Ver can inhibit the increase of the plasma ET and serum NO and TNF (P<0.01).Conclusion: This result that Ver have function of protecting ACMP patient has offered a kind of new enlightenment for the treating in early days of ACMP..%目的了解急性一氧化碳中毒(acute carbon monoxide poisoning ACMP)者血浆内皮素(endothelins ET)与血清肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor TNF)、一氧化氮(nitrogen monoxide NO)的变化及维拉帕米(verapamil, Ver)对它们的影响.方法用放射免疫法分别测定ACMP时和给予维拉帕米(verapamil, Ver)后大鼠血浆ET、血清TNF的浓度以及用改良镀铜镉还原法测定ACMP时和Ver治疗后NO的浓度. 结果大鼠ACMP时,血浆ET、血清TNF、NO均升高(P<0.01);Ver治疗可抑制血浆ET、血清TNF、NO的升高(P<0.01).结论 Ver对ACMP患者具有保护作用,这一结果为ACMP的早期治疗提供了一种新的启示.
