摘要

Method for determination of effect of cardiotril and its metabolite on metabolism of nitric oxide in myocardium of rats at hypoxy caused by sodium fluoride by investigation of blood. In 30 minutes before introduction of sodium fluoride intraperitoneally one introduces cardiotril 5 mg/ml, metabolite 5 mg/ml, ATF-long 10 mg/ml. In 60 minutes one determines activity of NO-syntase (NOS), content of nitrates, level of total SH-groups and activity of glutationreductase (GR). Results obtained are compared to control and at change of characteristics one determines effect of those preparations on metabolism of nitrogen oxide in myocardium of rats at hypoxia caused by sodium fluoride.
